Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an onsite Manufacturing Technician to provide hands-on technical support in our manufacturing cells. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, support tooling, collect data, and maintain documentation per approved procedures, escalating complex or safety-critical problems to Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, or EHS.

You will build and test connectors and tooling, assist with setup, maintenance, and process trials, and help drive Kaizen and 5S improvements

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate in electrical, electromechanical, mechanical or related field preferred.
• Two+ years hands-on manufacturing electromechanical equipment or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing cells for routine issues.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems using approved procedures and schematics.
• Perform minor repairs and component replacements within training limits.
• Escalate complex, safety-critical issues to Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, or EHS.
• Build and test connectors, cables, harnesses, and adapters per drawings.
