Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Test and Manufacturing Automation Engineer to develop and maintain automated test equipment and software supporting global factories. You’ll work with R&D and operations on NPI and process improvements for motors and related assemblies, including tests, fixtures, and data systems.

The role requires strong LabVIEW, C++, C#, MATLAB, or VB experience, CAD proficiency, and a solid background in electrical/mechanical controls.

Qualifications

BS degree in engineering, physics, mechatronics, automation, controls, robotics, or CS.
Strong LabVIEW, C++, C#, MATLAB or VB experience.
CAD software design experience (AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Inventor/Pro-E).
Solid electrical, mechanical, and controls background to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

Maintain operations support; analyze data for quality issues and corrective actions.
Troubleshoot and determine root causes and corrective actions (RCCA).
Design and modify automated test and process equipment using electrical schematics, CAD, test software, and SQL databases.
Work with new equipment to meet production requirements and maintain systems.
Support the implementation of Standard Work and perform quality checks.
Collaborate with development, manufacturing, and production teams to resolve issues.
