Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Quality Engineer to assure conformance of parts, materials, and processes with engineering and customer requirements. You will apply quality methods to prevent defects, investigate nonconformances, and drive continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor.

The role collaborates across Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Purchasing to strengthen process controls, support timely production decisions, and lead structured problem-solving projects including lean and Six

Qualifications

• ABET/Engineering degree or relevant technical education.
• 3+ years in quality/manufacturing engineering roles.
• Ability to interpret drawings, GD&T, tolerances.
• Experience with nonconformance investigations and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of data analysis and problem-solving on the shop floor.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate parts, materials, and products against drawings and specs; interpret GD&T and tolerances.
• Lead nonconformance investigations, containment, and corrective actions with closure.
• Develop and maintain control plans, inspection requirements, and records.
• Investigate supplier concerns and review returned products for disposition.
• Support audits and maintain QMS records, ensuring compliance.
• Train personnel and lead lean/Six Sigma improvement projects.
