Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, Automation, Controls, Robotics or Computer Science.
• Strong LabVIEW, C++, C#, MATLAB or VB experience.
• CAD software design experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Pro/Engineer).
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and controls background to troubleshoot systems and test equipment.
• This position is ITAR restricted; US Person required.
• Ability to pass vision and color test.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operations support with an analytical mindset to help Deep Dive data for quality issues and develop robust corrective actions
• Troubleshoot and determine root cause/corrective action (RCCA)
• Design and modify a wide array of automated test and manufacturing/process equipment with regards to electrical schematics, mechanical CAD, test software, and SQL/MySQL databases
• Work with new and innovative equipment to maintain any system or process with the understanding of production requirements
• Support the implementation of Standard Work
• Perform necessary Quality checks and data collection
• Work with development team, manufacturing engineers as well as production personnel to resolve technical issues that are identified through the development and manufacturing process.
• Provide Design for Manufacturability/Testability feedback to the design team.
• Participation in activities pertaining to product evaluation test, including ABS events, design review meetings, meetings with suppliers, as required.
• Store final Test Spec and Gauge R&R results in SVN
