Job summary

Pleasant Valley Corporation, based in Medina, Ohio, seeks an Associate Project Manager for Parking Lot Solutions. You will act as the primary client contact, coordinating multiple projects from start to finish and ensuring smooth collaboration with account representatives throughout the lifecycle.

You will work with vendors, manage 10–17 weekly work orders, and ensure quality and timely delivery while maintaining clear documentation in PVC Connect and the Customer Portal.

Qualifications

• Background in Parking lots, Asphalt/Concrete, Estimating, or Engineering is preferred.
• One to three years of related experience with a BBA or three to five years with no degree.
• At least one year resolving client issues in commercial facilities or property management.
• Customer service skills with telephone-based experience.
• Strong computer skills including CRM software, data entry, scheduling, and reporting.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client response and issue resolution: address maintenance requests and follow procedures through the work order lifecycle.
• Vendor management: create work orders, solicit bids, assign service agreements, and oversee subcontractors.
• Project coordination: manage multiple projects, averaging 10–17 work orders per week, ensuring timely completion.
• Communication and documentation: maintain vendor communication and document progress in PVC Connect and Customer Portal.
• Process adherence and performance monitoring: follow procedures and monitor vendor performance to meet timelines and quality.
