Job summary

Pleasant Valley Corporation, a family-owned Commercial Real Estate firm based in Medina, Ohio, seeks a Project Manager for Parking Lot Solutions. The role oversees multiple projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with account representatives to ensure smooth communication and delivery.

Responsibilities include client response, vendor management, and project coordination across 10–17 weekly work orders, with reporting using PVC Connect.

Qualifications

• Background in Parking lots, Asphalt/Concrete, Estimating, or Engineering is required.
• One to three years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree preferred OR three to five years of related experience with no degree.
• At least one year of experience in resolving client issues within a commercial facilities or property management organization.
• Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated success in a telephone-based customer service role.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM software, data entry, scheduling, and reporting.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to client maintenance requests and resolve issues through the work order life cycle.
• Create work orders, solicit bids, assign service agreements, and manage vendors to address maintenance problems.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing 10 to 17 work orders per week.
• Maintain continuous communication with vendors and document progress in the PVC Connect system and Customer Portal.
• Follow company guidelines for operating procedures and monitor vendor performance to meet timelines and quality standards.
