Pleasant Valley Corporation in Medina, Ohio, is seeking a Project Manager for Parking Lot Solutions to oversee multiple maintenance and construction projects. You will coordinate clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Background in parking lots, asphalt/concrete, estimating, or engineering.
• One to three years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree preferred, or three to five years of related experience with no degree.
• At least one year of experience resolving client issues in a commercial facilities or property management setting.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across local and corporate levels.
• Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion and ensure clear communication with account representatives.
• Coordinate vendors and subcontractors, create work orders, and monitor progress to meet timelines.
• Maintain ongoing communication and documentation through PVC Connect and Customer Portal.
• Adhere to procedures, monitor vendor performance, and escalate as needed to maintain quality.
