Job summary

Pantzer Property Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for The Point at Rise in Reston, VA. You will support daily property operations, coordinate with the onsite team, and help drive occupancy and service quality.

This role emphasizes resident relations and financial reporting in a Class A community. The candidate should have 1–2 years of assistant PM experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must read and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong people skills and a service orientation for residents.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager.
• Knowledge of multi-family financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day property operations.
• Guide onsite team including leasing and maintenance staff.
• Support leasing targets, occupancy, and retention objectives.
• Prepare resident correspondence on rents and compliance matters.
• Maintain resident relationships through proactive communication and events.
• Prepare regular financial reports and statements.
• Monitor resident accounts in coordination with the Property Manager.
• Support leasing processes and supplier coordination.
• Monitor market trends and promotions for competitive positioning.
