Job summary

Pantzer LLC in Reston, VA, seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations at The Point at Rise. You will work with the Property Manager and onsite team to meet leasing, marketing, and operational targets while prioritizing occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires clear English communication, a valid driver's license, and 1–2 years of property management experience; Yardi and MS Office proficiency are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years as Assistant Property Manager or similar role
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Knowledge of multi-family property management
• Familiarity with local, state and federal regulations
• Experience with rent processing and community compliance

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day property operations and guide onsite team
• Collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams to hit occupancy, marketing and operational targets
• Provide top quality service to residents
• Prepare resident correspondence related to rents and compliance
• Maintain resident relationships through regular communication and events
• Prepare regular financial reports and account statements
• Monitor resident accounts and leasing processes
• Analyze market trends and promotions
