ACCESS | MANAGEMENT ∙ REALTY ∙ MAINTENANCE ∙ LIFESTYLE is seeking an experienced Florida Licensed Community Association Manager for the on-site General Manager role at one of our premier properties. The General Manager oversees property maintenance, vendor and contract management, budgeting, and interactions with homeowners, vendors, board members and committees.

This role also supervises onsite food and beverage operations and requires a CAM license with at least 5 years of HOA/COA/POA

Competenze

• Current Florida Community Association Manager License required.
• Minimum of 5 years actively managing Community Associations (HOA/COA/POA).
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise operation and administration of the community association per management agreement and policies.
• Liaise with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Perform/admin duties as requested by the Board of Directors and management agreement.
• Develop and utilize community management tools (calendar, action items, budgets, etc.).
• Review monthly financial reports and submit a management summary to the Board.
• Conduct CC&R inspections and enforce violation processes.
• Advise on capital expenditures to maintain appearance and operation.
• Monitor delinquency rates and collections process.
• Attend Board meetings and community events as needed.
• Prepare Board packages within established timelines.
• Ensure Directors are aware of legal actions involving the Association.
• Maintain unit and contract files; assist with architectural reviews as needed.
