Job summary

Access Management Group seeks an experienced Florida Licensed Community Association Manager for an on-site General Manager role at a premier property. The GM will supervise daily operations, coordinate with the Board, manage budgets, and oversee vendor/contracts and food and beverage operations.

The role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and ability to interact with homeowners, board members, and committees. On-site duties with potential remote time allowances will apply.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Community Association Manager License required.
• Minimum 5 years actively managing Community Associations (HOA/COA/POA).
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications, Vantaca software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and administration of the community association in accordance with management agreement and policies.
• Act as liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Perform/direct administrative and management duties as requested by the Board and in accordance with the management agreement.
• Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the Board.
• Oversee inspection of building facilities and common areas; arrange follow-ups as required.
• Oversee vendor management including procurement and performance evaluation as contracted.
