Inspire Communities in Birmingham, AL is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations of our manufactured housing communities. You’ll serve as the friendly first point of contact for residents, manage records, plan events, and work closely with the Community Manager to uphold standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office tools.
• Valid driver’s license for business-related travel.
• Data entry experience a bonus; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly and knowledgeable go-to person for residents and guests, handling inquiries with care and professionalism.
• Keep the office running smoothly by organizing documents, maintaining records, and ensuring supplies are stocked.
• Work closely with the Community Manager to resolve resident concerns, enhance the living experience, and uphold community standards.
• Plan and support community events that foster engagement and bring residents together.
