Job summary

SkyChefs is seeking an on-site Finance / Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support the Controller and Finance team with billing, invoicing, reporting, and month-end close activities at our Houston facility near IAH. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers an hourly pay rate of $21–$23, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekends for month-end close.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience utilizing SAP reporting and financial systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review and process billing and invoicing to ensure accuracy.
• Support month-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision making.
• Collaborate with operations, CSC, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain orderly digital financial files per internal controls.
• Assist with other accounting, reporting, and controlling duties as assigned.
