Job summary

LSG Sky Chefs is seeking a Finance / Accounts Receivable Coordinator at our Houston site. This hourly role supports the Controller and Finance team with billing, invoicing, reporting, and month-end close activities in a fast-paced airline catering environment.

You will partner with operations, customer service, and internal support groups to ensure accurate billing, data validation, and compliance with internal controls, applying advanced Excel and SAP skills to drive timely, accurate financial

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience utilizing SAP reporting and financial systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong communication with peers and senior management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and approve financial and operational data with the CSC Controller.
• Support labor standards and reporting with the CBASE team.
• Manage billing and invoicing, including closing flights in the CBASE portal and generating invoices.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies; assist Genpact team.
• Maintain digital financial files per internal control requirements.
• Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Generate and analyze reports to aid business decisions.
• Provide administrative support to the Controller and Finance team.
