Job summary

LSG Sky Chefs, Irving, TX, is seeking an Accountant II to support financial reporting, accounting operations, and month-end close. This entry-level position collaborates with finance leaders to provide insights, assist budgeting/forecasting, and drive process improvements.

The role requires GAAP knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. Onsite schedule is Monday-Thursday with remote Friday, relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ years of accounting experience with a Big Four firm or 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge; IFRS knowledge preferred.
• Intercompany reconciliation experience preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting systems, reporting tools, and Excel; SAP experience preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial accounting, analysis, and reporting activities

• Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions across legal entities and CSCs
• Analyze, reconcile, and forecast balance sheet accounts

Position Overview

TheAccountant plays a key role in supporting the organization's financial reporting, accounting operations, and month-end close processes. This entry-levelposition is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data through account reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting. The role partners closely with business leaders and finance teams to provide meaningful financial insights, support budgeting and forecasting activities, assist with audit requirements, and drive process improvements.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical accounting professional with a strong understanding of GAAP, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
