Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Requires 1+ years of accounting experience with a Big Four firm or 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GL, reconciliation, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP required; IFRS knowledge preferred.
• Intercompany reconciliation experience preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• SAP experience preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial accounting, analysis, and reporting activities.
• Analyze financial results and prepare management reporting packages.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions across legal entities and CSCs.
• Analyze, reconcile, and forecast balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare and review month-end journal entries and adjustments.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Document processes, identify improvements, and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
