Insight Global is seeking an early-career accounting/operations professional to support billing, accounts receivable, and compliance for project-based operations. The role emphasizes strong communication and advanced Excel skills in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

You will handle day-to-day tasks on site in Ohio, serve as the primary contact for customers and project managers, and help identify improvements to internal processes while building your accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Resourceful and able to research information independently.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working fully onsite Monday–Friday.

Responsabilités

• Support billing and accounts receivable activities for project-based operations.
• Manage receivables and assist with compliance requirements.
• Serve as a primary point of communication for customers and project managers.
• Use Excel to research, organize, and analyze information.
• Perform billing and data-entry-related tasks.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and receivable issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes.
• Help provide a high level of service to customers and project teams.
