The Invoicing Coordinator is based at the client site in Memphis, TN and ensures accurate and timely invoicing for customers and vendors, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and Excel-powered processes.

Role demands high-volume, repetitive tasks performed accurately, proactive problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance and Accounting to validate billing information and produce timely reports.

Formación

• Experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or related accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive, high-volume tasks accurately.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Commitment to data integrity in financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Generate accurate customer invoices using billing systems.
• Audit data and apply customer-specific coding before submission.
• Code vendor and utility invoices for accurate processing.
• Identify and correct billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Communicate invoice status with customers and provide supporting documentation.
• Maintain invoicing databases and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze billing data to identify variances and improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Accounting to reconcile billing.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
