Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to ready units for new move-ins.
• Troubleshoot and repair/replace plumbing, electrical components, HVAC, and appliances as directed.
• May train other Maintenance Technicians and assist with vendor quality and inspections.
