Job summary

AIR Communities in Jacksonville, FL is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician to service our apartment community onsite. You will perform basic turns, troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, and support residents with timely service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to prepare for move-ins.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances as needed.
• May provide direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
