Job summary

AIR Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support resident satisfaction across our communities in Nashville. You will handle routine maintenance, appliance repairs, and basic turns to prepare residences for new move-ins.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry).
Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
Reliable transportation to respond to emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
Complete basic apartment turns to prep for new move-ins.
Perform resident requested repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
May provide direction/training to other Maintenance Technicians.
Assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
