Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Ability to respond to emergency service requests.
• Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Perform basic apartment turns to ready units for new residents.
• Complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance.
• May train or guide other technicians and support vendor quality.
• Support move-in/move-out inspections as needed.
