Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. You will diagnose and repair issues, perform preventive maintenance, and manage make-ready tasks for vacant units.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, documenting work, and coordinating with vendors. OSHA safety training and a valid driver’s license are required, and company benefits support a balanced, long-term career with Greystar.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant handling certifications required (Type 1 & II or Universal).
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• OSHA and safety training compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Finish make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling.
• Track inventory and request re-orders through maintenance supervisor.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas: cleaning, painting curbs, and debris removal.
• Help reduce costs by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
