Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices from receipt through payment.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents, resolving discrepancies.
• Run weekly check and ACH payment cycles.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues.
• Reconcile vendor statements and support month-end close.
• Assist with audits and 1099 preparation.
