Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the on-site operations of a housing community, directing staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration. You will ensure compliance with policies, fair housing guidelines, and risk management while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include budgeting, annual planning, staff development, and implementing marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community on-site.
• Lead staff scheduling, hiring, training, coaching and performance management.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and monthly operating reports.
• Implement leasing strategies and marketing plans to optimize occupancy.
• Ensure safety, compliance with policies and resident satisfaction.
