Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a housing community. You will supervise on-site staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with policies and safety guidelines.

The role requires coordinating with the Regional Manager, driving resident satisfaction, and implementing retention programs. A background in affordable housing and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.).
• Experience managing on-site staff and leasing operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and staff performance.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, and administration within policy.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing, safety, and company policies.
• Implement resident retention programs and ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate vendor relations.
