Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with Asset’s policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.).
• Affordable Housing Accreditation (CAM/ARM or similar) preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, administration & risk management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop annual operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Lead emergency response and resident relations.
