Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, and finances to ensure smooth daily operations and regulatory compliance.

Required are at least 2 years in affordable housing and a focus on resident satisfaction, with on-site leadership to drive performance. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and the role includes comprehensive rewards and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD or similar) is preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff, leases, and maintenance on-site.
• Knowledge of fair housing guidelines and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager.
• Supervise property staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency response and ensure resident satisfaction.
