Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Dallas, TX to oversee daily operations, rent collection, and staff management at an affordable housing property. The role ensures compliance with safety and fair housing policies while optimizing cash flow.

The position requires on-site leadership, strong organization, and collaboration with the Community Manager to maintain property performance and resident satisfaction. On-site presence and hands-on supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in housing.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety guidelines, and fair housing requirements.
• Plan for leasing, maintenance, and other on-site operations.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents.
