Job summary

Asset Living seeks an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the Community Manager. You will play a vital role in delinquency management and cash flow optimization.

As an on-site leader, you will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and risk management, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years housing experience.
• Ability to understand onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile payments from residents and manage account receivables.
• Supervise onsite staff, leasing, maintenance, and risk management.
• Maintain accurate records and oversee end-of-month closings.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate leasing, move-ins/outs, and compliance with company policies.
