Job summary

Qualifications

• At least three years on-site multifamily property management experience, with Tax Credit exposure preferred.
• Leadership development background is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; professional designation is a plus.
• Experience with affordable housing programs and compliance (income & rent).
• Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff to implement corporate policies and procedures.
• Prepare and report cash flow, budgets, variances and business strategies.
• Develop annual budgets and manage expenses to meet targets.
• Review capital replacement plans and ensure budget alignment.
• Lead market research and develop marketing plans.
• Manage vendor bids and negotiations; oversee tenant relations.
• Ensure fair housing, EEO, OSHA, and ADA compliance; stay informed on legal updates.
• Conduct site inspections and drive process improvements.
