Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred or two years housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under supervision.
• Manage payments, income, and reconciliations for residents and applicants.
• Lead onsite staff and ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.
• Monitor budgets, revenues, expenses, and Net Operating Income.
• Post charges, move-out charges, and security deposits; perform regular property inspections.

Formation

High School Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
