Collins Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Electronics Technician to test and troubleshoot electronic units, set up test stands, and interpret data for repair of aircraft components. The role requires reading schematics and using test equipment; excellent teamwork is essential.

Typical shift is 2:30 pm–11:00 pm with training during 6:00 am–2:30 pm for ~60 days. External candidates may receive a $3,000 sign‑on bonus. This position is onsite at the Phoenix MRO facility.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education.
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, or technical drawings.
• Experience using multimeters or oscilloscopes.

Responsibilities

• Test electronic units using prescribed procedures.
• Set up and operate test stands.
• Configure test equipment for special tests as needed.
• Interpret and record test results.
• Identify and isolate test equipment failures.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot to sub-assembly level.
