Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a dedicated Lead Test Technician for the Phoenix Worldwide Repair team. The role oversees daily operations in the repair cell, drives on-time delivery and turnaround, supports technicians, and fosters a productive team environment to ensure operational excellence.

You will lead second‑shift activities, review pass‑downs, confirm equipment readiness, and communicate schedule risks. Strong troubleshooting of electronics and hands‑on test stand work are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical Technician Certification or an associate degree in Electronics preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot test stands and electronic units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily repair cell operations to meet OTD and TAT goals.
• Review shift pass-downs, attendance, and prep for Tier1 meetings.
• Lead Tier1 meetings, track performance, and manage WIP and cell priorities.
• Configure and operate test stands, perform electronic tests per procedures, document results.
