Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an on-site Electronics Technician to support testing, troubleshooting, and assembly of avionics hardware. You will read schematics, operate test stands, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to resolve issues and ensure product quality.

This role includes shift changes, with 3rd shift Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6:30am, and a training period on 1st or 2nd shift before transitioning.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronics troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings and manuals.
• Proficiency with measuring/test equipment and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Interact with cross-functional groups to support routine technical activities and resolve production or testing issues.
• Set up, configure, and operate test stands and equipment; interpret results and identify failures.
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, modify, and evaluate hardware and fixtures; investigate non-conformances.
