Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant testing experience.
• 10+ years experience with all levels of testing from component level and up.

Responsibilities

• Follow and offer suggestions for improvement to Health and Safety guidelines ensuring safe work environment.
• Testing a variety of electronic units using prescribed test procedures.
• Setting up and operating various test stands.
• Configuring, Calibrating and Maintaining test equipment.
• Interpreting and recording test results.
• Recognizing and isolating test equipment failures.
• Using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electronic units to the sub-assembly and component level.
• Reading and interpreting technical data such as component maintenance manuals, engineering prints, and schematics.
• Effectively communicate work status to team members and support staff.
• Work alone and as a member of a team to ensure production and quality goals are met.
• Participate in formal and informal continuous improvement efforts and projects.
