Job summary

OnTarget Communications in Dallas is seeking a Coordinator to bridge design, documentation, and project delivery within the Architecture, Engineering and Construction sectors. This on-site role focuses on coordinating project specifications, maintaining standards, and supporting multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.

You will set up kickoff meetings, manage revisions, and collaborate with engineers, architects, PMs, and consultants.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction related field (strong advantage).
3+ years of administrative support experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industries.
Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

Support the specifications team to prepare, coordinate, and maintain project specifications in alignment with design, engineering, and regulatory requirements.
Set up and attending project kick-off meetings.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and consultants to ensure specifications are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Manage specification revisions, version control, and document distribution throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and industry regulations.
Support and manage QA reports.
Maintain specification templates, libraries, data sheets, and best practices.
Assist in resolving technical queries related to specifications during design and execution phases.
