• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction is strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of administrative support experience in AEC industries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the specifications team to prepare, coordinate, and maintain project specifications.
• Set up and attend project kick-off meetings.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and consultants to ensure up-to-date specifications.
• Manage specification revisions, version control, and document distribution.
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and regulations.
• Support QA reports and maintain templates and data sheets.
• Assist in resolving technical queries related to specifications during design and execution.
