Job summary

OnTarget Communications is seeking a Coordinator in Dallas to bridge design, documentation, and project delivery within the AEC sector. The role focuses on keeping specifications aligned with design and regulatory requirements while supporting the team across multiple projects in Downtown Dallas.

The ideal candidate has strong architectural process knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction preferred.
• 3+ years of administrative support in AEC industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the specifications team to prepare, coordinate, and maintain project specifications in alignment with design, engineering, and regulatory requirements
• Set up and attending project kick-off meetings
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and consultants to ensure specifications are accurate, complete, and up to date
• Manage specification revisions, version control, and document distribution throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and industry regulations
• Support and manage QA reports
• Maintain specification templates, libraries, data sheets, and best practices
• Assist in resolving technical queries related to specifications during design and execution phases
