Oracle is seeking an Adoption Coach to provide on-site, end-user support during Health product implementations. You will facilitate adoption, optimize workflows, and ensure successful navigation of new features for medical professionals.

Travel weekly and work irregular hours to support client implementations; strong communication and customer-service skills are essential. US citizenship and security clearance eligibility required.

Qualifications

• US: Hiring Range in USD from $53,700 to $104,900 per annum; may be eligible for bonus and equity.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time, at-the-elbow support during Oracle Health product implementations.
• Assist end users with front-end configurations or customization to optimize workflows.
• Identify and surface process, workflow, and technical questions to project teams.
• Facilitate bi-directional feedback to improve communication and issue resolution.
• Provide adoption/utilization feedback to stakeholders and cultivate client relationships.
• Execute system adoption plans based on data and targeted outcomes.
• Complete assigned trainings and various product trainings as required.
• Note: role requires weekly travel and irregular hours including nights/weekends.
