Job summary

Community Health Systems seeks a Clinical Informatics Systems Adoption Specialist to lead Oracle Health Cerner training, onboarding, and workflow adoption for nursing EHR processes. You will design role-based curricula, supervise training efforts, and support go-lives, upgrades, and stabilization with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Health Informatics or related field required.
7+ years in clinical systems training or EHR adoption; Oracle Health nursing workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Health Cerner training, onboarding, readiness, and adoption activities.
Develop and maintain role-based curricula, lesson plans, and competency assessments.
Provide advanced end-user support during implementations, go-lives, and stabilization.
Monitor adoption metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve barriers.
