Guidelight Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Technican to support adolescents in PHP/IOP settings. The role involves facilitating psychoeducational groups, delivering structured curricula, and maintaining a safe therapeutic milieu under licensed supervision.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and prior behavioral health experience with adolescents, with strong interpersonal and documentation skills. Onsite at the Andover Clinic with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, Behavioral Health, Education, or a related field.
• Prior experience with adolescents in behavioral health, PHP/IOP, or related settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and group facilitation skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Guidelight-approved psychoeducational and skills-based groups under licensed staff.
• Deliver structured curriculum to reinforce treatment goals and build skills.
• Maintain fidelity to curricula and complete accurate group documentation.
• Support a safe, therapeutic milieu and supervise clients during transitions.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, prescribers, and the treatment team.
