Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support adolescents in PHP/IOP services at our Andover clinic. The role involves facilitating structured groups, delivering curricula, and supporting clients under licensed clinical supervision.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and prior behavioral health experience. The position is onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule, non-exempt status, and a pathway to professional development within Guidelight Health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and prior experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience facilitating groups, classes, psychoeducation, or other structured programming preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and group facilitation skills; ability to work with adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate psychoeducational and skills-based groups under supervision.
• Deliver structured curriculum to reinforce treatment goals.
• Support clients and engage in therapeutic milieu with licensed clinicians.
• Maintain documentation and ensure safety during sessions.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other team members.
