Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support adolescents in PHP/IOP programs at our Andover clinic. You will supervise groups, deliver psychoeducational content, and assist licensed clinicians in maintaining a therapeutic milieu.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field and prior experience with youth. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30–5:00pm EST, onsite at Andover. Pay range listed below.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health-related field and prior experience with adolescents preferred.
• Strong group facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with adolescents and work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience facilitating psychoeducational or skills-based groups is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Guidelight-approved psychoeducational and skills-based groups.
• Deliver structured curriculum to reinforce treatment goals.
• Support therapeutic milieu and client engagement.
• Present information in age-appropriate, engaging manner for adolescents.
• Maintain accurate group documentation and attendance records.
• Participate in Group Facilitator Certification Program and demonstrate competency.
