Responsibilities

• Process ACH transactions and balance files in accordance with NACHA rules and timelines.
• Balance daily ACH processing windows and handle return items with precision.
• Research and resolve disputes and inquiries within regulatory timeframes.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Relationship Management and customers; provide timely status updates.
• Maintain accurate case notes and ensure compliance with required timelines and documentation.
