The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, timely responses, and collaboration with Treasury, Relationship Management, and Customer Care to improve processes.

You'll participate in daily huddles, support end-of-day balancing, and provide analysis of exceptions while maintaining high accuracy and customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with strong numeracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for research and resolution.
• Clear verbal and written communication for internal/external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Process ACH items in accordance with NACHA rules and deadlines.
• Balance daily/weekly ACH items and reconcile with internal reports.
• Respond to disputes and inquiries promptly within regulatory timeframes.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Relationship Management, and Customer Care.
• Document issues and participate in process improvements.
