Qualifications

• Prior experience in state government or public sector finance is a plus.
• Experience using the SHARE financial system for AP transactions.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, spreadsheet logging, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify coding, approvals, and available funds before processing payments.
• Process invoices, vouchers, and inter-agency payments through SHARE.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with vendors, purchasing, and finance staff.
• Reconcile payment records and monitor purchase order balances.
• Maintain organized financial records and prepare routine payment reports.
• Support audits, financial reviews, and year-end activities.
