Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• 5+ years of overall work and volunteer experience
• Experience with Accounts Payable processing and expense reimbursement processing
• Experience with vendor management and invoice coding

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment
• Code invoices to accounts and cost centers
• Serve as point of contact for assigned business units and respond to vendor inquiries
• Handle urgent payment requests and resolve payment discrepancies
• Process expense reimbursements and monitor travel policy compliance
• Assist with vendor audits and report generation
