Job summary

Limiting Factor Group (LFG) designs, builds and manages power infrastructure for compute systems and utility providers. The Accounts Payable Specialist ensures suppliers are paid accurately and on time, backed by approved orders and receipt proofs.

This on-site role in Menlo Park/CA requires careful validation of complex construction invoices and strict controls. You will handle three-way matching, payroll-related expenses, and cost control while supporting a growing, multi-location organization

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in accounts payable.
• Experience with an ERP and an expense management tool.
• Knowledge of payment controls and how payment fraud is attempted.
• Accuracy when handling a high volume of invoices.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with three-way match in NetSuite or a similar system.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and match them to purchase orders and receiving records.
• Prepare weekly payment runs by ACH, wire and check.
• Track contractor retention, lien waivers and insurance certificates before releasing construction payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Process employee expense reports and reconcile corporate cards.
