The position reports to the Accounts Payable Manager and requires 1–3 years of AP experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong Excel/data-entry skills. Eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounts payable or accounting support experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounts payable processes and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and timely.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts to verify accuracy.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding items.
• Support audit requests by providing required documentation and information.
• Maintain organized records and support reporting requirements.
